Special performance description of dead pig transport vehicle:

1. Manufacturing process of the box body: the box body of the dead pig transport vehicle is externally decorated with FRP; The interior is made of stainless steel structure, which is convenient for the sanitation, cleaning and corrosion resistance of the car body. The simultaneous interpreting process is the same as that of the traditional refrigerator car.
2. Refrigeration system: the dead pig transport vehicle realizes harmless treatment by on-board refrigeration unit, and the gas circulation and constant temperature in the internal space of the vehicle. In order to ensure the temperature requirements of dead pigs during transportation and ensure that the temperature in the carriage is between 0 – minus 5 ºC, the temperature change in the box can be monitored in real time in the cab, which is convenient for temperature control.
3. Automatic grasping and hoisting system: the dead pig transport vehicle is composed of motor, transmission mechanism, drum and sprocket (i.e. electric hoist), which realizes the lifting of dead pigs from the ground to the inside of the box, and avoids the staff from contacting the dead pigs for a long time. Lifting capacity of electric hoist: 500-1000KG.
4. Dump system: it is composed of hydraulic cylinder and turnover support. The device is developed based on the dump system at the bottom of the dump truck and installed on the animal harmless treatment truck. It is mainly used to realize the automatic dumping of sick and dead pigs through the hydraulic dump device after the dead pigs are collected in the box and transported to the treatment center (treatment station).
5, spray disinfection system: composed of disinfectant container, disinfection pipeline and sprinkler head, mainly used for harmless treatment of vehicle interior spray disinfection.
6. Residual liquid collection system: avoid the outflow of residual liquid, resulting in the transmission and pollution of bacteria through transportation.
