A Single Focus: Ladder Sprockets
We are Ever-power Australia — a specialist manufacturer dedicated exclusively to ladder sprockets and precision transmission components for industrial conveyor systems. Unlike broad-catalogue distributors, we concentrate our entire engineering capability, tooling investment and quality infrastructure on one product family. This focus enables us to deliver tighter tolerances, deeper material expertise and faster turnaround than generalist suppliers.
We supply ladder sprockets in stainless steel, engineering polymers, carbon steel, cast iron and special high-temperature alloys. Every sprocket is manufactured against a documented quality plan within our ISO 9001 : 2015 certified facility, from raw material intake through CNC machining, heat treatment, surface finishing and final CMM inspection.
Our Australian clients include conveyor system OEMs, mining maintenance contractors, food-equipment integrators, pharmaceutical plant engineers, agricultural machinery manufacturers and council water-treatment facilities. We serve all states and territories across Australia, as well as New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
Contact Our TeamOur Manufacturing Capability
We own and operate the full production chain — from bar stock to finished, inspected sprocket — under one roof. No outsourced machining, no third-party heat treatment, no loss of traceability.
5-Axis CNC Machining
Multi-axis CNC turning and milling centres machine bores, hub faces, keyways and complex tooth profiles to pitch accuracy within 0.02 mm cumulative over full sprocket circumference.
Wire EDM
Wire electrical discharge machining for intricate tooth geometries, non-standard keyways and tight-tolerance profiles that conventional milling cannot achieve.
Heat Treatment
In-house atmosphere-controlled carburising furnaces, medium-frequency induction hardening stations and cryogenic stress-relief chambers. All hardness verified by calibrated Rockwell and Vickers testers.
Surface Finishing
Precision surface grinding, electropolishing (Ra less than 0.8 um for food-grade), zinc plating, nickel plating, black oxide and passivation — all performed in-house to specification.
Production Process & Quality Gates
| Stage | Process | Quality Gate |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Raw Material Intake | Mill-certified bar, billet, plate or casting blank | Spectral analysis, hardness check, mill cert verification |
| 2. Blank Preparation | Sawing, forging or casting to near-net shape | Dimensional check, ultrasonic inspection (castings) |
| 3. CNC Machining | Bore, hub face, keyway, tooth profile cutting | In-process CMM dimensional report |
| 4. Heat Treatment | Through-harden, carburise, induction harden or temper | Rockwell / Vickers hardness certificate |
| 5. Surface Finishing | Grinding, electropolish, plating or coating | Surface roughness (Ra) measurement |
| 6. Final Inspection | Full dimensional, visual and functional check | Certificate of Conformance issued per order |
| 7. Packaging & Dispatch | Anti-corrosion wrap, labelled and crated | Packing list, shipping documentation |
Inside Our Facility
CNC machining floor, heat treatment bay and quality inspection lab — all housed within a single integrated production facility.
Certifications & Quality Systems
We operate under an ISO 9001 : 2015 certified quality management system, independently audited by SGS and TUV. Every ladder sprocket we manufacture is traceable from raw material mill certificate through to the final Certificate of Conformance shipped with the order.
For food-grade and pharmaceutical applications, we provide FDA 21 CFR material declarations, REACH compliance documentation and EU 1935/2004 food contact material statements. Dimensional inspection reports (CMM) and hardness test certificates are available on request for any order.
Material Expertise
We manufacture ladder sprockets across four core material families, each selected to address a specific environmental challenge. Explore our complete material series and technical specifications on the homepage.
Stainless Steel
SS304 and SS316/316L grades for corrosion resistance in food processing, pharmaceutical, marine and chemical environments. Continuous service to 200 degrees C.
Polymers
POM, UHMW-PE and PEEK engineering plastics for self-lubrication, noise reduction and contamination-free cleanroom conveying. PEEK rated to 250 degrees C.
Carbon Steel & Cast Iron
C45 carbon steel, induction-hardened teeth (HRC 50-58) and SG cast iron (600+ MPa) for heavy-duty mining, quarrying and bulk material handling.
Special Alloys
Inconel 625, Hastelloy C-276 and high-chromium white iron for smelter conveyors, kiln feed systems and environments exceeding 400 degrees C continuous.
Our Journey
Key milestones in our development from a small machining workshop to a specialist ladder sprocket supplier serving Australian industry at scale.
Company Founded
We began as a precision machining workshop, producing transmission components for local conveyor fabricators. Ladder sprockets quickly became our highest-demand product line.
ISO 9001 Certification Achieved
We formalised our quality management system and achieved ISO 9001 certification, enabling supply to major mining contractors and food-equipment OEMs requiring audited quality documentation.
In-House Heat Treatment Commissioned
We installed atmosphere-controlled carburising furnaces and medium-frequency induction hardening stations, bringing all thermal processing in-house and eliminating third-party lead time.
5-Axis CNC & Wire EDM Expansion
We added 5-axis CNC machining centres and wire EDM capability, enabling complex tooth profiles, non-standard keyways and tighter pitch tolerances (within 0.02 mm cumulative).
Australian Market Expansion
We established dedicated Australian supply operations, supporting over 200 active accounts across mining, food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging and agricultural sectors in all states and territories.
Special Alloy & Polymer Programme Launch
We expanded our material range to include PEEK, UHMW-PE, Inconel, Hastelloy and high-chromium white iron, addressing extreme-temperature and cleanroom applications that standard materials cannot serve.
Industries We Serve
We supply ladder sprockets to the following sectors across Australia. Each industry demands a different combination of material grade, hardness, surface finish and certification.
Why Australian Engineers Work With Us
The practical reasons OEMs, maintenance engineers and procurement teams specify Ever-power ladder sprockets for their conveyor systems.
Single-Product Focus
We manufacture ladder sprockets — not gears, shafts, bearings or general machined parts. This specialisation means deeper process knowledge and fewer manufacturing variables.
Full Vertical Integration
Machining, heat treatment, surface finishing and inspection all happen under one roof. No outsourced steps, no lost traceability, no hidden lead-time delays.
Engineering Support at No Cost
Our engineers provide free material selection, hardness specification and surface treatment advice for every enquiry. We recommend the correct solution — not the most expensive one.
Prototypes to Production
No fixed MOQ. We supply single prototype units through to production volumes of thousands. Prototypes in 10 business days; production in 20 business days ex-works.
Complete Documentation
Mill certificates, CMM dimensional reports, hardness test certificates, FDA material declarations and Certificate of Conformance — available for every order on request.
Nationwide AU Delivery
We deliver to all Australian states and territories — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT and ACT — door-to-door or to your nominated freight forwarder.
