Chain & Pitch Details

Chain standard (e.g. ISO 606 / ANSI), pitch size (e.g. 25.4 mm / 1 inch), number of strands and chain manufacturer if known. If replacing an existing sprocket, include the old part number.

Sprocket Dimensions

Number of teeth, bore diameter, hub style (flat, type B, type C, split), keyway size, and any critical OAL or flange constraints. A 2D drawing (DXF or PDF) is ideal.

All orders ship with a Certificate of Conformance. On request we supply mill certificates (material traceability), CMM dimensional inspection reports, Rockwell/Vickers hardness test certificates and FDA material declarations for food-grade applications.

What are typical lead times?

Prototypes and small batches: approximately 10 business days ex-works. Production orders: approximately 20 business days ex-works. Transit to major Australian cities typically adds 5-10 business days by sea freight, or 3-5 days by air.

Yes. Describe your operating environment — temperature, chemical exposure, load, speed and hygiene requirements — and our engineers will recommend the optimal material grade and surface treatment. There is no charge for selection support.
